FAQ/ Policies


When can I expect my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days for order to arrive. All orders are processed and shipped with in 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Your order will be delivered based on the method of delivery chosen during check out


All sales are final!
We are a small business and to ensure proper sanitation, we do not grant any refunds or exchanges.

Captivating Candy is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address.
It is imperative that you double confirm the accuracy of your address before placing your order. If packages are sent to another address and are not returned, we are not responsible for your lost package or refund.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it.
If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact USPS immediately with your tracking number to file a claim and open an investigation. If your package was returned to us, we will contact you immediately for further instruction.

I received damaged products.
If you receive a damaged product please email us within 48 hours @ info@captivatingcandy.com with photo of your damaged product and order number.

Can I cancel my order after its placed?
We will not grant any order cancellations past 24 hours of the order being placed.

What type of ingredients do you use?

Our ingredients are 100% natural, organic and/or vegan. All of ingredients are safe. If you have any allergies to Jojoba oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter Oil, or Apricot Oil, please do not use any of our products as it is your responsibility to ensure you own health and well being.
